“Transition” is the defining term for the Finance Subteam. The recent revisioning and realignment of the association structures means a total realignment of the budget as it is prepared and constructed.
Ministry Teams have submitted their projected budget needs and the Personnel Subteam has evaluated all personnel positions and have submitted their projected personnel needs. This is the first time this process has been followed since the inception of the NRBA.
The association has been blessed with increased giving over the past 3 years.
While this year’s budget is fully funded, we look forward to “growing in giving” as we intentionally promote missions and evangelism. It is hoped by the Finance Subteam that each member church would prayerfully work toward a goal of giving 3% or more of your annual church budget to NRBA ministries. Together with God’s leadership, we can build a strong, faithful, and functioning association.
