Jonathan (Jon) Mills resides in Roanoke Rapids. He and his wife, Krista, have two boys, Ayden and Dawson. They serve as a family at Good News Baptist in Roanoke Rapids.

Jon is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Education degree. He currently works as the Property Manager for his family's business, Mills Properties of RR, LLC.

He enjoys serving God in numerous ways. He holds a position on the Asset Management Team for the Association and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Baptist State Convention. He is an Ordained Deacon. He serves at his Church as Looking Up Sports Director, Children's Leader for Kids Going Bananas, and is on the Church Council.
