Arlington Baptist Church launched the CBT (Chronological Bible Translation) Ministry —an exciting opportunity to minister to a group of people who are often considered the least reached. Rob and Arlene were introduced to us through DOOR, a ministry dedicated to reaching the Deaf community with the gospel. DOOR sought to share The Jesus Movie, the first movie ever made entirely in sign language, and we were eager to support this effort by hosting the event at our church. The

Dr. Danny Aiken, President of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary spoke at a lunch gathering for pastors last summer at the association office. He and his wife Charlotte have been married for 47 years. The Deacon/Spouse Banquet had about 200 in attendance representing 20 churches. We are thankful for Englewood Church for hosting this event.
