We have had some relatively major projects this year as well as smaller maintenance issues. One of our major projects was the replacement of the HVAC unit on the office of the building. This was not only a necessity but allowed for a newer, energy saving unit to be installed. With the help of team members and a few others, we are in the process of finishing the year with a few other projects which include: painting of exterior doors and wrought iron hand rails, new wiring for internet connectivity, small electrical repairs, adding lights to street sign, and water lines to connect to new county water lines.
